WHEN do you ship?
The date of shipping is indicated when the customer orders. In many cases it is 2-4 weeks from the order placement.

WHERE do you ship to?
We ship on a global basis.

HOW do you ship?
We ship primarily through UPS, Fed Ex and USPS Priority Mail.

RATES to ship?
Flat rate for jewelry is $10 per shipment.

How to track an order that’s been shipped?
Customers can track shipment through UPS and Fed Ex.

In store pick up option?
There is not an in-store option.

Recycling of packing materials?
Packing materials are not all green.
